Terms of use and data notice

These terms cover anyone who reads or uses usonlinecasinos.biz. They are short on purpose. If a point here is unclear, write to us before relying on it.

2. What the ledger is

The site is a reference desk about online casinos, sportsbooks, poker rooms and the payment methods US players use with them. We do not run a casino or a sportsbook, we take no wagers, deposits or entries, and the ledger itself is not licensed to offer gambling anywhere. When you play, your contract is with the operator you sign up with, and its own terms, limits and complaint process apply to your account.

3. Age and the law where you are

Nobody under 21 should use this ledger. A click on a commercial /go/ link adds two more are added before you are sent on to the operator: mozbiz_session and XSRF-TOKEN, both kept for about 20 hours. They let us count referrals and settle them with operators, and they protect the redirect against forged requests. Server logs also record IP addresses and browser details for security.
